Task

TO ORGANIZE A CORPORATIVE EVENT

To sum up the results of the year in an unusual way involving each employee in the process.

To demonstrate the significance of each employee and his/her contribution to the common business and importance for the company management.

Number of guests: 40

Concept

CLOSED SCHOOL FOR DIRECT DESIGN.

Especially for Direct Design Visual Branding a Closed School was opened. Three weeks before the event all the employees received an e-mail from the general director telling that the marketing guild inquiry was made in the company. A few days later ‘teachers’ of the Closed School visited the company’s office. This is how each employee got his homework that was a great chance to demonstrate his/her unique creative talents. The culmination of the night was a festive award of the company’s employees in unusual and bright nominations. The event ended with a traditional ‘school’ party.

CLIENT SPEAKS. FIGURED CAKE. NEW YEAR FILMS.

The guests were involved in various contests and interactive actions during the event. The most memorable was the contests ‘Client Speaks’: the participants had to guess, what marketing terms the clients explained. A humorous reel was made of several expressions from the phone inquiry. Moreover, New Year films were shot and performances were made basing on the homework of the employees. The final and the sweetest event of the night was appearance of a figured cake made in accordance with the employees’ sketches.
