TO ORGANIZE ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING OF RUSSIAN COMPANIES REALIZING GASIFICATION PROGRAMM IN RUSSIAN REGIONS.
To provide full technical assistance of the project.
To prepare the venue on the highest status.
To realize high status event including business and entertaining parts.

Concept
MEETING INCLUDING BUSINESS, ENTERTAINING AND EXCURSION PARTS.
Annual meeting to discuss the results of the Gasification Program of Russian regions - is a high status event, which is attended by the heads of the leading companies in the gas industry. Representatives of more than 60 Russian organization, including members of the board of OAO "Gazprom", gathered to discuss the results of the annual project and discuss strategies for 2012. Also, in the framework of the meeting the ceremony "Partner of the Year" was traditionally held. After completion of the business activities the guests enjoyed entertaining and excursion program.

FOR A SEVERAL DAYS THE CAPITAL OF BASHKORTOSTAN BECAME THE CENTER OF THE GAS INDUSTRY.
Within the project SSHIKOM prepared the venue for the meeting at the highest level. The guests stayed in the best hotels of Ufa, including the largest hotel in the country - "Bashkortostan". SSHIKOM also provided facilities and logistical arrangements. After completion of the business part of the event cultural program was organized and guests could immerse in atmosphere of national traditions and learn the peculiarities of the capital during bus and walking tour around the city, visiting the main attractions.
