TO ORGANIZE A NEW YEAR’S EVENT IN THE BEST TRADITION OF RUSSIAN FAMOUS SHOW “EXACTLY THE SAME”.
To engage the staff members in creation of their own transformation performances.
Concept
COMPNY OLYMPUS IS A LEADER OF ITS INDUSTRY.
Talented people are working in Olympus company. Well-rehearsed performances during the long time became the main transformations of last year. Popular artists of Russian and foreign bandstand appeared on the stage: Elka, band “Leningrad”, band “Time and Glass” and many others. All staff members had an opportunity to prove themselves and others, that everyone could be the real star in New Year weekend.

Success of every company depends on people that are working there. Olympus as no one else values its staff members, and they answer with reciprocity. An award of people that have been working in the company for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years was the center of the program. Also a New Year surprise had been made for the participants of transformation performances. One of the rehearsals was screened at video camera and after that this video was mounted in a clip that shows how participants have transformed into stars.
